Order Processing
We ship internationally and shipping charges will apply to all international shipments but free shipping over 20€. Any additional fees such as duties or taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship to third-party shipping centers.
Orders are shipped daily from France. We strive to process and ship your order on the same day it is placed, unless it is placed after 4:00 PM, in which case it will ship on the next business day. Holidays may result in shipping delays or longer delivery times due to high demand from postal services.
Occasionally, a product may run out before the inventory is updated, causing a slight shipping delay. In such cases, we will promptly contact you to inform you and ensure your order is fulfilled as soon as possible.
All shipping fees paid to deliver the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error on our part during shipment or the goods arrived damaged.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the transaction to post to your account.

Amaru Paris is not responsible for shipments claimed to be lost or stolen after delivery to the correct address provided for the shipment. We consider a shipment delivered once it has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. If you believe your shipment has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
Refund Process
To request a refund for an eligible item, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Our Customer Support Team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item(s), if necessary.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s).
