WHAT IS A DECANT? A decant refers to a smaller sample bottle. Decanting means transferring liquid from one container to another. We decant fragrances from their original bottles into smaller sizes for sampling.

ARE THE FRAGRANCES 100% AUTHENTIC? Absolutely, all our fragrances are 100% authentic. Our hand-decanted products are sourced from authorized vendors or directly from manufacturers. We do not sell fakes, knockoffs, or imitations. The fragrances remain unaltered; we simply transfer the liquid into a new atomizer for convenience and sampling. Our company is independent of the fragrance manufacturers and brand owners. We guarantee that the content available on our site is genuine and repackaged by us. We have no affiliation with the brands or manufacturers, nor are we authorized to re-bottle or repackage their products.

HOW DO YOU DECANT THE FRAGRANCE? Each sample is hand-decanted to order in our sterile lab. Using a sterile syringe, we measure and transfer the liquid from the original bottle into a new atomizer, ensuring the fragrance remains unchanged.

WHY DO YOU DECANT FRAGRANCES? Decanting allows customers to try a fragrance before committing to a full-size bottle. Our sample sizes are perfect for travel, offering a variety of scents without a large investment.

HOW LONG DOES A SAMPLE LAST? This depends on your usage. Each sample size has an approximate number of sprays per bottle:

  • 2ml: approx. 30 sprays
  • 3ml: approx. 45 sprays
  • 5ml: approx. 75 sprays
  • 10ml: approx. 150 sprays
  • 32ml: approx. 480 sprays

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE MY SAMPLE? Store your fragrances in a cool, dark, and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and humidity. Suitable storage options include a drawer, closet, or cabinet. Keeping samples upright helps prevent leakage.

ARE THE SAMPLES SPRAY TOP OR DAB APPLICATION? All our samples come with a spray top for easy application.

ARE THE SAMPLES LABELED? Yes, each sample is labeled with the fragrance name and brand. Premium atomizers have labels on the inner glass vial.

WHAT WILL I GET WHEN I PURCHASE A SAMPLE? You will receive an authentic fragrance hand-decanted from the original bottle into a sample size, complete with a spray top and professional labeling.

WHY ARE THE BOTTLES MADE OF GLASS AND NOT PLASTIC? Glass preserves fragrance longevity and shelf life better than plastic. We use high-quality glass that is durable, though care is still needed to prevent breakage.

ARE THE SAMPLES SAFE TO TRAVEL WITH? Yes, all our sample sizes comply with TSA regulations. The glass bottles are sturdy yet delicate.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? We offer worldwide shipping, with free shipping in the US. International shipping rates vary by location.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS? Free shipping throughout the US with no minimum purchase required. International shipping rates depend on the destination.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days. Delays may occur due to postal service issues beyond our control.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? You can track your order through your account on our website. Log in, view your orders, and find the tracking information associated with your order.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER? Yes, if the order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it. If the order has already shipped, you can return the unopened package at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Diners Club, and Bitcoin.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS? If you receive a damaged product, contact us with details and a photo of the damage for a replacement. If we sent the wrong fragrance, provide details and a photo for a replacement.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT SHOWS "DELIVERED" BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT? We are not responsible for orders claimed lost or stolen after delivery. Allow a day or two for packages scanned as "delivered" as they might still be in transit.

CAN I REQUEST A FRAGRANCE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE IT? Yes, let us know! We will do our best to fulfill your request.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY SAMPLE? We do not accept returns or exchanges for refunds. As our fragrances are guaranteed authentic when shipped, we cannot ensure returned products have not been compromised.
